A brilliant service. I subscribed for the service for my mother, who was going through ovarian cancer treatment. the team, especially doctor larissa, has been extremely extremely helpful during the entire process. They have been an ear that was always available to listen to concerns and arrange for opinions from experts for any change in treatment. I cannot recommend the service enough for anyone affected with cancer or any caretaker of such a patient.
Suggestion: the integration of opd booking with the hospital could be better. I can imagine it to be a Herculean task to integrate with systems of every hospital.. but that would definitely make things seamless.

We are very grateful to Dr Saini Dasgupta who guided throughout the journey of consultation in a befitting manner. Dr Dasgupta mingled herself with my mother (the patient) as a family member and answered each and every health related query of my mother due to which my mother got enough CONFIDENCE. Dr kirtika Ma'am had guided us in correct manner and suggested all the best possible treatments process.She suggested the right doctor along with hospital. She makes us stay positive & fight the situation bravely. On the regular intervals she calls us to understand the improvement & guide us the future process.

Today I needed to get an appointment for consultation with an oncology expert through onco.com.
I live in India right now and I was consulting for my sister who is sick in Afghanistan. Getting the appointment went so well!

She really proved that she cared so much!
From the way she called , the soft caring tone of her voice, the way she spoke clearly so that I could understand word by word, the way she listened actively with some questions here and there to confirm what I was trying to convey....
My God !
She made sure to give me clear information about the appointment I required and the place I was living, my own name, the patient's name , confirmed my phone number.... told me the name of the doctor and the hospital near to my home and shortly after the time of appointment.
She is such a gem of a person !

Dr.Minu was ver helpful my father is suffering with fourth stage liver cancer and he was to get operated at the Apollo hospital. but due to the doctor suggested by Dr.Minu we were able to take second advice in that critical phase we were going through at that time. The doctor advised against surgery as he is 81 years and might not survive it .Today he is put in medication and is doing quite well. God bless Dr. Minu.

My father was diagnosed with stomach cancer (adenocarcinoma, Signet ring type) in December, 2020. I was completely blank and perplexed about the treatment procedures until I contacted Onco.com. Their response, mainly Miss Saini's response was distinguishable. She, alone with their panel, not only advised me the best treatment possible, but also helped me psychologically, as these things take toll on your mental health as well. Overall, onco.com is wortb giving a try as it suggests you the best treatment possible, along with many follow-ups. It's a good initiative, all thanks to their core team and doctors/specialists and not to mention, to Miss Saini as well.
