Customers can claim a refund from Netdox Health Private Limited by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days after the report was delivered to them.
In the email, the grounds for claiming the refund should be clearly mentioned. On receipt of your request to claim a refund, our medical representative will reach out to you to assess the nature and relevance of your complaint. We provide a 100% refund to our paying customers if the following conditions are met:
1) The consulting experts did not provide a treatment recommendation.
2) The consulting experts did not answer specific queries raised by the patient.
