Cheesy Oats Pesarattu
Ingredients: Green moong, oats, raw rice, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ghee, paneer, vegetables, cheese
Method: Soak ingredients, grind batter, mix with oats powder. Stir-fry vegetables, make pancakes with batter, top with veggies and cheese, and serve hot.
Urad Dal Ladoo
Ingredients: Urad dal, sugar, ghee, cardamom
Method: Roast dal, grind with cardamom, mix with sugar and melted ghee, shape into laddoos.
Bobattlu (with wheat flour)
